How to filter Gmail emails by the reply to address

I have noticed an annoying trend with marketing emails where they email you as though the email came from your own email address e.g. from: Company Name via [email protected].

It’s really annoying to then make a filter to precisely target and automatically archive these emails because the from address is your own email address.

However, they often have a reply-to address and today I learned that you can filter by the reply-to address (thanks to this Stack Overflow answer).

Here’s how you can do it:

In the filter criteria you can add the following to the “Includes the words” field: reply-to:<[email protected]>
